Payment TermsFull payment is required within five (5) business days from the registration date. The fee includes conference access, lunches, refreshments, and conference materials. Full payment must be received prior to the event; otherwise, BCF Events reserves the right to deny attendance.
Confirmation
Participation is confirmed after receiving a signed registration form. Delegates will receive an invoice within 24 hours of submitting the signed form.
Venue details will be shared 2–3 weeks prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy
Force Majeure
Full refunds are possible in cases of sickness, government restrictions, civil unrest, epidemics, natural disasters, visa denial, or other documented extraordinary events.
BCF Events reserves the right to change the format, speakers, content, venue, date, or program. In case of rescheduling, delegates will receive a credit note for 100% of the fee. No alternative refunds or offers will be provided.
Copyright
All intellectual property rights in materials produced or distributed by BCF Events are reserved. Unauthorized duplication, publication, or distribution is prohibited.
Data Privacy & Protection
By registering, delegates consent that the data provided is accurate and may be used confidentially by BCF Events. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
BCF Events complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Delegates may receive updates about future events and relevant content unless they opt out during registration. To unsubscribe, email: general@bcf-events.com

Cancellation Policy
- Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time with reasonable notice.
- Cancellations 30 days or less before the event or no-shows: no refund.
- Cancellations 31–60 days prior: 50% refund of the participation fee.
- Cancellations more than 61 days prior: 75% refund of the participation fee.
