Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential customers to support the sales pipeline. You will play a critical front-line role in researching target markets, creating outreach strategies, and generating high-quality leads for the business development team. You will be the key person for generating new business opportunities by executing campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and events, while optimizing our lead funnel process.
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with the goal-oriented mindset and willingness to exceed the targets with strong analytical business abilities and CRM expertise (preferred), capable of bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales.
Your core functions are:- Primary mission: To create and qualify the Sales opportunities.
- Core activities:
- Research & Intelligence: analyzing target markets and identifying ideal customer profiles in accordance with the assigned product
- Outreach Execution: Conducting personalized, multi-touch campaigns (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn messages, event follow-ups, etc.)
- Funnel management: Capturing, tracking, and nurturing leads in CRM (i.e. Slack), optimizing the process for better conversion
- Qualification: Assessing prospect interest and fit to ensure only sales-ready leads are passed on
Minimal qualifications required:- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in Bachelor’s program) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proactive, curious, and results-driven mindset
- Basic analytical ability and comfort working with simple data products (e.g. Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills is a must
- Prior experience preferred but not a must
- Eagerness to learn
